Well, when you think the Bible is written to all of us, there is a tendency for you to assume some sections of the Bible are might for some people while only certain sections applies to you, but when you know everything is written to you alone, then you can take instructions from every section.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 says - The whole Bible was given to us by inspiration from God and is useful to teach us what is true and to make us realize what is wrong in our lives; it straightens us out and helps us do what is right. It is God’s way of making us well prepared at every point, fully equipped to do good to everyone[TLB].

You see, every story and every character is actually a parable for your life and the different stages you'd go through. From the day you are born till the day your time on earth is done, every experience you'd have has already been mirrored in the Bible and Jesus died to ensure that the Bible is fulfilled in your life. Therefore, make that mental switch from seeing the Bible as a general document to a personal manual. You can only make the best of YOU when you follow the instructions of your maker, and all these are stated in your Bible. God Bless YOU!
