Just consider this; if for some reason, everyone around you becomes blinded to your appearance, would you still pay so much attention to what you look like? I mean, I just imagine that everyone you have to deal with on a daily basis suddenly becomes beauty-blind, would you still spend the same amount of money on shopping? Would you still bother with make-ups? Would you even still bother so much about what your hair looks like? I know the answer for most people would be a big “NO!”, because the motivation for many of the things we do is gotten from the opinion of others. However, let’s consider something together in Matthew 6:30 - "If God gives such attention to the appearance of wildflowers — most of which are never even seen — don't you think he'll attend to you, take pride in you, do his best for you?[MSG].
From the above verse, the first thing I’d like you to notice is that God puts His best into everything He does, even if there would be no body to tell Him “awww... this is so lovely”. Several times I see scientists on TV blown away by a new discoveries hidden for many centuries, and though no one had ever seen though things, God still created them flawlessly. So, don’t you think you should emulate this about God, putting your best into everything that carries your name even if no one would notice?
Secondly, if God would put so much effort into something hidden somewhere, what do you think He would have done about you who is not just carrying His autograph, but His IDENTITY? Hence, each time you see something beautiful in nature, let it be a reminder that if this can be this beautiful, then your life must be a lot more beautiful. Even when it all seems broken, just know that your life is a masterpiece coming together. God Bless You!
