Ten Success Tips by Millionaire Entrepreneurs

A while ago on the Steve Harvey Show, Mr Harvey invited millionaire entrepreneurs to share lessons
which they have found useful in businesses. As we all know, this blog is majorly to promote business owners/entrepreneurs so I decided to share the tips with our beloved readers and entrepreneurs.
In no particular order, here are the tips including the pictures and names of the millionaires who dished out the superb business lessons.

Ten Success Tips by Millionaire Entrepreneurs

Johnny Wimbrey: Johnny who comes from a very humble background has turned his mess to a message of "Increase" as a speaker, celebrity coach, trainer, best selling author and the millionaire mastery Guru who built his fortune by showing others how to create a life of their dreams. With his book "From Hood To Doing Good" presently making the waves as a best seller, he shared two (2) tips, which are:
1. Do not follow parked cars: Some people are really parked cars, they are headed nowhere, just sitting there looking pretty and all important. You need to ensure that you go after moving cars, preferable cars who are heading in the same direction as your goal, business, plans, aspirations etc. So while building your business, be sure to know which cars are parked and which ones are all fired up and moving.
2. Don't be arrogant, be confident: We all know there is a very thin line of ice between confidence and arrogance. In the words of Johnny Wimbrey, Arrogance is feeling like you are better than everyone else while Confidence is knowing you are the best at what you do. Do not go feeling like no one can offer the same service as you can, just know that your brand is the best there is....and treat it as such.

Tymeka Lawrence: The founder of the world acclaimed hair growth brand, Hairfinity, co-owns a multi-million dollar company with her husband, Brock. Her company, Brock Beauty, which is named after her husband, is an umbrella company which was built to cater to women with hair growth problems added on more products after Hairfinity.
Let's take a look at her business lessons:
3. Start Small: Tymeka started her company after finding the solution to her daughter's hair growth problem. After compliments and questions from admirers on what made her daughter's and her hair look so healthy, she decided to start Hairfinity. When faced with an opportunity to solve problems, start within your tiny circle and if your service is of quality, your circle will definitely increase.
4. Be accountable: While building your business, you need to be accountable to yourself first more than anyone else. At the beginning, you sure had goals planned out for the success of your business. So as you go along, always go back to your books and ensure that you are on track. More often, business owners tend to rush off asking to have other people's opinions which sometimes, pushes them off course. My dear entrepreneurs, be accountable to yourself FIRST!

Ten Success Tips by Millionaire Entrepreneurs

Manny Khoshbin: He arrived at the U.S.A with no money but went ahead to build a multi-million dollars real estate business after obtaining his real estate license in 1992. Manny has sold everything from scraps to automobile to real estate and investments in other ventures of interest. Despite being faced with many challenges including been duped of his life's savings, he still went on to build an empire. Manny, whose mantra is "Never Give Up" advises entrepreneurs to:
5. Be a Sponge: This means learn as much as you can. Thirst for knowledge and soak it all up, especially all the information you can get about your business industry. Gather as much information, be up to date with the trends...and don't be left behind. If it concerns your business, then you have to know about it. Attend workshops, seminars, training, read books, volunteer etc; just be open to learning and implementing all that you learn.
6. Stay in the game: Mr Khoshbin said, " Failure is process to success", at no point should you give up because of setbacks. You need to keep pushing, no matter what. Build your pace, know your hustle, and learn from your failures. Failure is the singular most common way to gain experience, experience is one of the keys to building a successful brand. Irrespective of the number of the times you encounter challenges, stay in the game.

Patrice Washington: Ms Patrice, popularly referred to Wisdom and Wealth Money Maven, is the founder and CEO of Seek Wisdom, Find Wealth, a personal finance development firm showing people ways to move form debt to wealth. She is also the author of the financial book "Real Money Answers" and has gained national fame by effectively giving aids on personal finance. She had these lessons to share:
7. Find Mentors: No matter how fresh the idea is, there are people who have gone ahead of you. Maybe not working on the same idea, but making a huge impact in their fields, which may or may not be related to your field of business. You need mentors to share their hurdles, mistakes, risks, rewards and success tips in order to make good progress. Mentors' wise words can sure save you from unnecessary losses and waste of time.
8. Show Gratitude: Be grateful for your little triumphs and every milestones reached. Murmuring or being dissatisfied every step of building a good business would not make success easy to attain. Let's be sure to cultivate an habit of gratitude as we go along, because this is also essential to one's success. Like Patrice rightly said, "Abandon the blame and the shame", do not get too caught up with what you don't have going on and what has gone wrong that you don't remember to be grateful for what you have going.

Ten Success Tips by Millionaire Entrepreneurs

Leanna Archer: One of the United States' youngest millionaires, Ms Archer is the CEO of Leanna's Hair whose multi-million dollar business was built based on her grandmother's hair growth recipe. All of this young CEO's products are quiet effective and are made solely from natural products. Since starting her business at the age of 8, here is the lesson that has kept Leanna going;
9. Believe: This has been essential to the growth of this Under-30 entrepreneur's hair and skin care brand. As entrepreneurs, people may not understand why you have certain standards or why you are doing what you are doing; just BELIEVE. No matter how much you fail, don't treat failure as an abnormality. Gather all the lessons you can from the failed attempt(s), regroup for as long as you require, but never stop BELIEVING in yourself and your vision. It's your idea, nobody can totally get or be as passionate as much as you'd be. Never stop believing.

Steve Harvey, comedian extraordinaire, serial entrepreneur and Talk Show Host on Radio and TV also had a tip for attaining success in one's business.
10. Imagination: As entrepreneurs, we need to envision, dream, fantasize, imagine, see with our mind's eye etc where we are headed to with our business. You can not stop imagining new heights and exploits that the business can attain, and above all, believe what you SEE. Like a wise man once said, "If you can see it, then you can achieve it". What do you see?

I hope these lessons from entrepreneurs whose net-worth daily grows will bring about positive and progressive change in the businesses of all readers. It is one thing to read and learn about what you need to make your business a huge success, it is another to IMPLEMENT.

2016 is the year!!!! Make it count.
