Ms Fifi of Fi-Beads' Planet

I am AFFIONG ANDU from Akwa Ibom State(Oron precisely) a graduate of Genetics and Biotechnology from the University of Calabar. I'm the creative director of Fi-Beads' Planet.

Well, ours is a planet of fabulously created/crafted accessories that suit every occasion. We are aimed at making the satisfaction of our clients our utmost priority.

Fi-Beads' Planet basically deals on crafting/designing of beaded jewelry sets, bridal bouquets, bridal hand-fans, hair fascinators, head-jewelries, boutonnieres as well as hiring of traditional accessories. 

The Beginning

Actually, I've always been the creative and inquisitive type. My bead making journey began in 2005 while in secondary school but i had to lay it aside a bit to enable me concentrate academically. I rounded up my university education and the passion was still burning in me, and that led to my bursting out as an entrepreneur *winks. I went in for several training on beading but then my inquisitive nature took me deeply into the bridal world and all these led to the birth of FI-BEADS' PLANET in 2012.

Goals and Challenges

Presently,we're working on our new classic collection,we actually have the collection theme already and it would launched by December 2015. We equally make handbags and purses but that's not yet official.

The entrepreneurial world has been an interesting one indeed. The major challenge we encounter is meeting up with delivery dates but we always pull through with GOD.

Motivation

Asides my mum who has always been my number one fan, I draw my inspiration from other entrepreneurs, especially those in my field, learn one or more things from them and better myself.

Advice to Aspiring Entrepreneurs

To aspiring/upcoming entrepreneurs, CONSISTENCY has always been my watchword, make it yours. Again, the sky is wide enough for us all to soar, avoid competition and be FOCUSED.
