Have you ever seen labels from two different designers on the same dress? Yes, I have. I know some people don't even know what I'm talking about, but if you attended public primary and secondary schools like I did, then you must have seen a Tommy Hilfiger label and a Nike label sitting on the same dress.
You see, back then, when your uniform gets burnt by an iron or a nail in class makes a hole in your uniform, one of the quickest solutions is to cut off the labels from one of your shirts and use that label to cover that bad spot on the dress. Hence, you will find people who had up to 3 or 4 different labels on their shirt because it's possible that their parents can't afford to change that uniform just yet.
You see, whenever you make a mistake and come to God forgiveness, I need you to understand that God doesn't just patch your sins with the blood of Jesus, i.e God doesn't just cover your sins with the blood of Jesus. The issue with patching is the fact that every time that patch/cover is seen, there is a reminder of what happened the necessitated the patching.
The problem with most of us is that when we fall short and ask for forgiveness, we let guilty conscience keep us out God's love, thinking God still remembers how we disappointed Him. But Hebrews 8:12 says - I will be merciful when they fail, and I will erase their sins and wicked acts out of My memory as though they had never existed[VOICE].
The blood of Jesus blots out sin whenever you ask God for forgiveness, and when you come before God, He doesn't even remember you ever sinned because there is no patch of sin on you, not even a trace. Even when you feel dirty, the most effective "soap" is in the presence of God, so always run to Him. God Bless You!

Sexy - Marked by or tending to arouse sexual desire or interest • a sexy book • feeling sexy • sexy clothes • sexy jokes • sexy poses
≈ adult, aroused, autoerotic, blue, bootylicious, come-hither, coquettish, erotic, exciting, flirtatious, flirty, gamey, gamy, highly-sexed, hot, intimate, juicy, lascivious, lecherous, leering, lewd, libidinous, lubricious, luscious, lustful, naughty, orgiastic, oversexed, pornographic, provocative, prurient, racy, raunchy, red-hot, risqué, salacious, seductive, sex-starved, sexed, sexual, spicy, steamy, titillating, toothsome, turned on, voluptuous[Source: Wordweb mobile dictionary].
My intention when I decided to look up the meaning of the word was to prove to myself that the word is not as extreme as some Christian fanatics make it seem, because to be honest, I actually use it too. But take a look at the dictionary meaning of the word "sexy" above, and consider the following synonyms, is there any of those words that you'd actually be proud to be labelled by?
I know many of us, like me, use the word innocently, but I find it hard to believe that the popularity of the word has grown by accident.
Jesus told a Parable comparing the kingdom of God to a famer who sowed wheat on his farm, then it says in Matthew 13:25-26 - That night, when everyone was asleep, his enemy came and planted weeds among the wheat and then left. Later, the wheat sprouted and the heads of grain grew, but the weeds also grew[NCV].
Note, they only noticed the weeds when the wheat started to grow, which means they must have been unconsciously watering the weeds each time they consciously watered the wheat because they didn't know someone had planted weeds between their wheat.
If all a word primarily signifies is the ability to stimulate sex or sexual desires, then I don't think it's the kind of compliment I want for myself or want to use on those I care about, at least not now(maybe I'm still too young).
Anyone who knows me know I'm not and will never be anti-fashion, style or any other hip/fly mode of expression, but if the best way to describe you at any point is sexy, just ask yourself, would Jesus really be proud? God Bless You!

Today, I'd like to share with you a very good way to discover some of the best new songs/artist. You see, even for a music junkie like myself, it's almost impossible to pick out the best songs released within a period of time, you'd definitely miss out on some. So, one method I've used over the years to rediscover some of the songs I might have missed is this; award ceremonies.
If you always want to have some of the best songs in your playlist, then take advantage of the nomination list of reputable award ceremonies. For example, The Dove Awards, the biggest award ceremony for Gospel music I know, released the list of nominees for this year's award recently, and I made some discoveries going through it. Going through the "best worship song of the year" category, I discovered only 2 of the 5 songs listed had been under my radar, meaning I just added 3 amazing worship songs to my favorites, and I'm sharing one of my additions with you today.
You split the sea, so I could walk right through it; My fears were drowned in perfect love; You rescued me, and I could stand and sing; I am a child of God... These words are just a few of the powerful declarations embedded into this power packed song. Romans 8:29 says - God knew them before he made the world, and he chose them to be like his Son so that Jesus would be the firstborn of many brothers and sisters[NCV]. I hope you do know, that the purpose of the death of Jesus is not perfectly fulfilled until you are free from every form of limitation. God Bless You!

I read that the band aid was invented by a lady who after cutting herself with a knife in the kitchen, decided to make something that can help manage the situation the next time something like that happens. The initial thought about having airbags fitted into cars was conceived by someone who after narrowly escaping an accident, spent the rest of the trip thinking of what to do to control the impact of any force on the head during accidents. Do you agree that many other people would have had similar experiences prior to these two people but didn't think deep enough to create such inventions from it. Likewise, I believe there are things happening in and around you right now that might not be pleasant but have the potential to generate immense value, and if you don't create that value, your jaws will only drop when someone else does it, making money from an experience you've had countless times but did nothing about.
The truth is, every one who has a brain has the capacity to invent something, so I can't tell you Christians have an exclusive right when it comes to inventions. However, I can tell you that there see is a limit to the knowledge of man per time, and when every other person has reached their limit, a Christian has the capacity to go further.
When Nebuchadnezzar had a dream and ask his advisers, the professionals to come tell him the dream and it's interpretation, take a look at their response; Daniel 2:11 - What you’re asking is impossible unless some god or goddess should reveal it—and they don’t hang around with people like us"[MSG]. What those professionals didn't realize is that God doesn't just hang around us as His children, He now even lives within us. So, can you see that you and I not only have what it takes to join the league of inventors, but we also have what it takes to surpass what others can do. God Bless You!
