Please don't allow your Sundays become routine, just another day you go to church to mark a mental

register and then use the rest of the day doing whatever relaxes you. Bragging about not missing church for an entire year is not even as important as making sure that those moments spent in church are worth it. Unlike in school, has anyone ever asked you if they can photocopy your church notes? This is not to say you shouldn't take notes, it just means you should makes those notes count[#NoteToSelf].

When you go to a tap to fetch water, you can only fetch as much water as your kegs can carry, so we can say the size of kegs you carry is an indication of how much water you intend to come back with. Similarly, your expectations going into a service is quite important. Hebrews 3:13 says -  Speak to each other about these things every day while there is still time so that none of you will become hardened against God, being blinded by the glamor of sin[TLB].

I love Sundays, not because of the rest my body gets but because of the new insight my mind receives, and so I look forward to hearing the word with the intent to put it to use. I want to believe you also want your relationship with God to be something real, but it depends on how much you want it. Today is a great, today can be a defining moment, a new order can be established today, but one question: are you hungry and ready for change?
