My prayer for you, and for me too, is that God will help us not to do things that will make people lose 

respect for God. I was reading through the account of events that happened after David slept with Bathsheba, then got her husband killed, and I saw that one of the things God said to David through prophet Nathan was the fact that David's actions has made God's enemies lose respect for Him. 

I know Murder and adultery might seem far fetched to many, but what about sowing trouble in other people's relationship just because you want to take the person's boo for yourself? I can almost here someone ask, but they are only in a relationship, they are not yet married. True, but I also know Jesus would not have wished anyone evil just so that he would have His way. Likewise, Jesus would not have wished his colleague failure so that He would appear better. 

My point to you today is that God doesn't have to take from your neighbor before He can bless you, so you don't have to eye that which already belongs to your neighbor. Even in the parable of the talents, God only took away from the man that got 1 talent because that man refused to use it, not because He couldn't bless the other man without it. 

Therefore, Song Of Songs 2:15 says - Catch the foxes for us— the little foxes that ruin the vineyards while they are in blossom[NCV]. Little things like motives behind a desire can ruin legitimate desires, so guard your heart. Don't cunningly take what belongs to someone else, you will only open the door for someone else to do the same to you. God has good will towards all men and as His child, you should too.
