One of the reasons why I've been writing you these love letters, my love, is not just to let you know how I feel about you, but another reason is for you to have proof, an evidence through which you can hold me accountable to my promises by the time we get married, an evidence God Himself is aware of. If God expects us to hold Him accountable to His promises, and our relationship is supposed to model the love between Christ and the church, then I guess I should do likewise.
Was listening to the radio the other day, and a lady asked for advice on a relationship program. She is about to get married to someone who is everything she would have wanted in man, but now there is a little challenge. The man is insisting she prepares to resign from her job and focus on building the family after the wedding. Being a driven, career lady, she has never imagined being a full time house wife, she love this man, but she also wants to be fulfilled, and now she doesn't know what to do.
As I listened to her question, I thought about you, and each time I tried imagining doing the same to you, it just felt wrong. Sweetheart, you are not a television, you are not a shoe, nor jacket, neither are you a car or couch. All these accessories I can buy at the store, choosing the ones that fit my pre-imagined adult life, but you are not an accessory. You are a beautifully intelligent daughter of God, one I'm blessed to project my future with, and one of the ways I intend to show my gratitude to God for giving me you, is by taking good care of you, making sure your joy is multiplied with me in you life, and you becoming all God has created you to be. In Ephesians 5, even before we were told how the husband and the wife should relate with one another, the first thing was said is - "Honor Christ by submitting to each other" - Ephesians 5:21. Babe, I believe marriage is not meant to make one person's life heaven and the other he'll, we believe we can both create this heaven together. So while I know we both have some preconceived ideas about how we would want this future to look like, please let's come ready to shed some weight, so that this 2 can perfectly become 1. God Bless You!

Even when the world got so bad that God Himself decided it was time to destroy it, do you realize that He didn't create everything all over again, all He did was to select what was needed and preserve them in the Ark. What that says to me is, no matter how bad you think your life and the experiences that have come with it has been, all you need to create an excellent future still lies within that same past.
After God created Adam, Eve and every other thing in the beginning, every thing else that came after that came by reproduction, not creation[except Jesus]. So what I am telling you today is that there is a seed in your past that can deliver that excellent future you've always desired, all you need do is find it, then focus on it till it becomes your experience.
John 15:5 says - “I am the vine, and you are the branches. If any remain in me and I remain in them, they produce much fruit. But without me they can do nothing[NCV]. I love the assurance with which Jesus made this statement, He is extremely sure that no one can be in Him and remain without having fruits to show for it.
Therefore, don't write yourself off just yet, death on the cross seemed like a full stop on Jesus' life, but we all know that full stop didn't last because a new paragraph started on the third day. Likewise, there is always a new paragraph for you, and it announces every victory you thought you had lost. God Bless You!
