Are you one of those that can't help but try to imagine how God's promises would fulfilled in your life? Guess what, you are not alone. For some of us, our mind just likes to create a movie out of every story we read.

Recently, I read about Angel Gabriel's visit to Mary, informing her she'd be giving birth to Jesus and couldn't help but imagine what would have gone through Mary's mind if she was living in this era.

Considering the Angel's message, one of the first things he told Mary was that the child would be great, and the Lord would give unto him the throne of his father David, and he would reign over the house of Jacob forever.

Ordinarily, you have to be part of the political class either by birth or marriage for your child to king. So, when Joseph decided he'd leave her after she got pregnant, I can imagine Mary thinking it was God removing Joseph from the equation so that another man in the political class can come and take her away, but you know the story, you know that's not how it happened.

Also, think about Ruth and Boaz. You would not have expected Boaz to fall in love with Ruth since she was a widow, there must have been very many other pretty unmarried ladies eyeing Boaz. Some of them would have even laughed at the thought of Ruth being their competition, but when God picks you, He also qualifies you.

Romans 8:30 says - As for those He chose beforehand, He called them to a different destiny so that they would experience what it means to be made right with God and share in His glory[VOICE].

Therefore, even when your imagination finds it hard to capture the things God has shown you, don't lose faith, God will make it happen. God always calls the right man for the job, we only get it wrong when we don't involve Him in the execution. God Bless You!
