What can you do if something about your life appears broken? When a wristwatch is broken, it doesn't necessarily mean it's not working at all, it might just be that it's not working as it should, and as such, won't tell time correctly. Also, a broken vessel might still be able to gather some water, but not effectively.
Sometimes, you feel like a particular area of your life is not working as it should. This feeling might even be known to only you, but you know within that your life should be doing more than you are currently doing. As I thought about the frustration that comes with having a broken or ineffective life, the thought dropped in my heart, that a crack or leak doesn't just allow things out, it also allows things in. The truth is, some of us do not really open up to God until things are not working the way we desire, till we are not getting the kind of results we want, and it is at this point that we get broken and our pride starts to leak, that God finds an opening to come and save the day.
Guess what! Even when you don't listen to God, following your own path and that path leads into trouble, God doesn't derive any pleasure standing by to tell you "I told you so". Rather, He stands by, waving at you to tell you I'm still here for you, still ready to help, telling you there's a way to win if you'd follow Him.
Hebrews 4:16 says - So let’s walk right up to him and get what he is so ready to give. Take the mercy, accept the help[MSG]. Therefore, forget about the cracks or the leak, God is standing by to help you at every point you need Him, just call out for His help. God Bless You!
