Do you believe you can be the source of the next ground breaking move that will turn around our society or even the world?

There is a story in the Bible that strikes me that anyone can be used to God to deliver an entire nation, and when i say anyone, that includes YOU.

In 2 Kings 6 & 7, there is a story about how bad the famine was at a particular point in time, it was so bad that two women agreed to donate their children for food. The first woman boiled her child for both families to eat the first day, and it was the other woman's turn, she went to hide her child.

With conditions at such a critical level, prophet Elijah made a declaration that there would be a surplus in the city within 24hrs. It was hard to believe, and even some powerful people found it difficult to believe. However, 4 lepers, tired of being helpless, decided to make a move.

2 Kings 7:3-4 - It happened that four lepers were sitting just outside the city gate. They said to one another, “What are we doing sitting here at death’s door? If we enter the famine-struck city we’ll die; if we stay here we’ll die. So let’s take our chances in the camp of Aram and throw ourselves on their mercy. If they receive us we’ll live, if they kill us we’ll die. We’ve got nothing to lose"[MSG].

That simple conversation didn't just save the lepers, it also made them rich because by the time they got into the camp of Aram, those people had fled leaving behind all their treasures.

Now think about it, what if the lepers never made a move, what if they were waiting for the healthy and more knowledgeable people to tell them what to do. Likewise, don't shutdown ideas coming to you because you think the more knowledgeable people would have considered it if it was that important. Always remember, knowledge is good, and experience is very important, but nothing compares with revelation, and God can show that to anybody. God Bless You!
